1. About Us
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Greenwich Nail Salon. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Appointments & Bookings
Appointments can be made online, in person, or by phone. A booking is only confirmed once accepted by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.
3. Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may shorten or cancel your appointment. Full charges may still apply.
4. Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged up to 100% of the service price.
5. Payments
Payment is required at the time of service. Prices may change without prior notice.
6. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you are unhappy, please inform us before leaving the salon so we can resolve the issue.
7. Service Guarantee
We offer a 7-day guarantee on gel polish and enhancements. If issues occur, contact us for a free fix within this time. Please note this guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or picking
8. Health & Safety
Clients must inform us of any allergies or medical conditions. We are not responsible for reactions where this information was not disclosed.
9. Personal Responsibility
Aftercare advice must be followed. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse or neglect.
10. Children & Minors
Clients under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
11. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service if behavior is inappropriate or there is a risk to safety.
12. Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
13. Privacy
We handle your data in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
